Chlorakas is located just a few minutes west of Kato Paphos and the harbour area, and offers both the traditional and modern aspects of Paphos living. It stretches from the scenic rugged seafront to an elevated plateau a few kilometres inland where the old village of Chlorakas is located.
The area has all necessary amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, vets and medical clinics and petrol stations just to name a few.
It is a few minutes drive to Paphos Old Town and a mere 5 minute drive further west to the famous beaches of Coral Bay. There are schools and nurseries within the village as well as the beautiful Orthodox Church of ‘Agios Georgios’.
For the sports fan the small village of Chloraka is also home to Akritas Chlorakas, a Cypriot Second Division football team and the village pride.
Along the coastline of Chloraka are hotels, villas and apartments, ideal for friends and family wanting to visit the island. Restaurants and tavernas are plentiful in the area and serve an array of traditional and world-cuisines should you not wish to go into Kato Paphos for a bite to eat.
